How is the sauna delivered to my home?
Your sauna will arrive as a prefabricated kit via a curbside freight delivery service. Each kit includes a detailed assembly manual and all necessary hardware for a seamless setup.
Do I need a professional electrician for installation?
While the sauna structure can be assembled by two adults, we require that all electrical heaters be wired by a certified electrician to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
What type of foundation is required for an outdoor sauna?
A level, solid foundation is essential. We recommend a concrete pad, crushed stone, or a reinforced wooden deck to support the weight of the sauna and prevent moisture wicking.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for un-assembled products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to large freight items.
