At Nootka Saunas, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused sauna within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure the sauna is disassembled and secured in its original crate or packaging to prevent any damage during the freight transit process.
Schedule the Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient time for the curbside collection of your item.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
